CEO / Producer
Richard Harding is President and CEO of Sixth Sense Productions,
Inc. After working in the film industry for over 10 years with
companies such as Kennedy/Marshall ("Jurassic Park," "ET" and "Indiana
Jones"), Silver Lion Films ("Crocodile Dundee," "Death Wish") and Samuel
Goldwyn Films ("The Preachers Wife"), Richard launched Sixth Sense
Productions, Inc. in 2002, a film development and production company.
Richard has established an expansive network of foreign and domestic
investors. His goal is to create a multi-faceted and integrated
company that brings the most original, innovative and captivating
stories of our time to the big screen. As the Company’s CEO, Richard’s
philosophy is to create feature films that are of the highest
caliber and have significant mainstream appeal and great commercial
potential, while also maintaining an extraordinary level of critical
excellence.
Richard has been responsible for producing and financing several
projects throughout the years. His most recent accomplishment
is playing a key role in financing one of the most acclaimed feature
films in 2004, "Hotel Rwanda."
Richard holds a B.A. in Film Production/Financing from UCLA.

Sam Feuer is in charge of Development and Production at Sixth
Sense Productions, Inc. Having started on the creative side of
the business, acting in numerous films, TV, and theatre productions,
Sam worked in casting with Ilene Starger on such films as "Shaft,"
"Marci X," "Sleepy Hollow," and "A Simple
Plan" and with Grant Wilfley on such projects as Woody Allen's
"Sweet and Lowdown", "Spin City," "Music
of the Heart" and "Flawless."
Upon graduating with honors, Sam landed a job as a script reader
and made his way up to development for a New York City based production
company before moving to Hollywood and joining SSPI.
Equally balancing acting and producing, some of Sam’s
credits include the role of Yosef Romano in Steven Spielberg’s
5 Academy Award nominated thriller "Munich” and the

Sam holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts/Film from Hunter College.

Greg S. Bernstein is an entertainment lawyer specializing in the area of the finance and distribution of indie films. Each year Mr. Bernstein provides legal or producer representative services on dozens of indie films. Through his many years of experience in the industry he has developed particular insights into the nature of the indie film business. His entertainment industry clients include major motion picture producers, distributors and sales agents, independent film producers and production companies, banks and financiers. Mr. Bernstein is a frequent lecturer (UCLA, Variety ShowBiz Expo, various film commissions and others), panel moderator (Hollywood Film Festival, Century City Chamber of Commerce Entertainment Industry Symposium, IFP, and others) and author (Variety, Business of Film and other publications), all dealing with the finance and distribution of indie films. www.thefilmlaw.com.
